Job Description

As an Admission/Admin, you are in charge of the admission/admin functions to develop our firm. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our agency’s admission processes and administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include handling student admissions, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to students and their families.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire admission process for prospective students, including handling inquiries, providing information about programs and services, and guiding students through the application process.
  • Review and assess student applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and in compliance with agency and partner institution’s admission requirements.
  • Assist international students with visa applications and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and databases.
  • Handle student inquiries through various communication channels (email, phone, in-person) and provide prompt and courteous responses.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing events, workshops, and seminars related to educational opportunities.
  • Help in preparing and distributing marketing materials and brochures
  • Provide outstanding customer service to students and their families, addressing their concerns, questions, and needs in a professional and friendly manner.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Dynamic with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong work ethic (i.e., responsible, diligent, and detail-oriented) and capable of working under pressure
  • Great written and verbal communication in English (having IELTS/TOEFL/accredited English certifications is a plus although not required)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Prior experience in the education, admission, sales and marketing, or similar industry is a plus
